Atlântica Preá Design Villas is a unique residential complex comprising four villas designed to capture the tropical essence of Preá, Ceará, Brazil. Inspired by Balinese architecture, these homes offer the perfect balance between functionality and warmth, ideal for a vacation lifestyle or relaxed living in a seaside environment, providing a private retreat where design, functionality, and nature blend in perfect harmon.

This project represents a perfect fusion of functionality for vacation living and a harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Designed with inspiration from Balinese architecture, each of the four houses in this residential complex aims to convey a sense of relaxation, balance, and warmth, ideal for a tropical lifestyle.

The essence of the design lies in integrating vegetation as a key element, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the private outdoor spaces of each home. On the ground floor, large windows and sliding doors allow natural light to flow gently into the common areas, while the greenery becomes an integral part of the living environment. This dialogue between nature and design continues on the first floor, where each private area features carefully framed views of balconies surrounded by vegetation.

The top level becomes the highlight of the design: a private terrace that acts as a personal retreat, providing a sanctuary where the outdoor living experience is maximized.

Surrounded by greenery and panoramic views, this space invites you to enjoy the tropical climate and experience a sense of openness and serenity.

The architectural composition of the homes incorporates warm, natural materials such as wood, neutral tones, and textured finishes that evoke Bali's characteristic hospitality. The internal layout prioritizes comfort, flow, and functionality in every space, adapting to both moments of relaxation and daily life dynamics.

The ensemble of the four houses was designed to maintain a cohesive visual identity while ensuring that each unit preserves the privacy and independence necessary for a relaxed and exclusive lifestyle. The integration of green areas at all levels and the relationship with natural light reflect respect for the tropical environment, achieving an immersive and unique architectural experience.
